Privacy Policy

Effective date September 8, 2026

Greywick is operated by Wild Theory LLC. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the public Greywick website and related operational services. It is written in plain language and is not a claim of certifications, audit results, or legal outcomes we have not implemented.

Information we collect

Greywick may collect information you choose to provide, such as a name, email address, or other contact details submitted through a public form or other voluntary communication.

Greywick may also collect ordinary technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. That can include request logs, timestamps, approximate location derived from network addresses, browser or device details, and similar operational records generated by using the site.

If you provide a mobile phone number and explicitly opt into Greywick operational SMS notifications, we may collect that number and your SMS consent so we can send those messages.

Operational SMS

If you provide a mobile phone number and explicitly opt into Greywick operational SMS notifications, that number may be used to send operational messages such as system-health alerts, recovery notifications, agent activity or revenue milestones, and owner-action requests.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use information

We use the information described above to operate Greywick, respond to requests, send operational SMS when you have opted in, maintain security, diagnose problems, understand first-party site usage, and meet legal obligations. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

First-party site analytics

Greywick sets a first-party, HttpOnly, pseudonymous visitor cookie so we can count browser visits, page views, and unique browser visitors on our own site. The identifier contains no name, email, or other contact details. We do not use it as a unique-human identifier: clearing cookies, using another browser or device, or private browsing can create a new identifier. We do not fingerprint devices, we do not store raw IP addresses as a durable visitor identity, and we do not record sensitive query-string values from page URLs.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate Greywick, including infrastructure, communications, security, and payment providers, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect people, the service, or Wild Theory LLC.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate Greywick, provide opted-in operational messages, maintain security, and meet legal, accounting, or operational requirements. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete it or stop using it in identifiable form, subject to backups and legal holds that may delay complete removal.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Your choices and rights

You may decline to provide voluntary contact information. If you opted into operational SMS, you may opt out by replying STOP, as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, or correction or deletion of, personal information we hold about you. We will consider requests we can reasonably verify. This policy does not promise a specific response time, automated self-service portal, or that every request can be fulfilled in full where we must retain records.

Children’s privacy

Greywick is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. The current version will be posted on this page.
